Malicious scripts, auto-downloads, or "Malware" of any kind.
Content that promotes illegal activities or prohibited substances.
Misleading claims or deceptive landing pages.

            Note: ViralAdsNet reserves the right to suspend any campaign that is found to be in violation of these rules without a refund if malicious intent is proven.
        

2. Publisher Guidelines

Publishers must ensure that their websites provide a clean user experience. By using our ad tags, you agree that:

You will not use bots, proxies, or auto-refresh software to generate fake traffic.
You will not click on your own ads or encourage others to do so.
The $0.50 Global CPM is a default benchmark and may vary slightly based on traffic quality and system optimizations.

3. Payment & Payouts

ViralAdsNet operates on a reliable payout schedule. Our terms are as follows:

The minimum payout threshold is determined by the payment method selected in your dashboard.
We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraudulent traffic is detected in our system.
Payments are processed in USD via Crypto (BTC/USDT), PayPal, or Wire Transfer.

4. Anti-Fraud Ecosystem

Our network uses advanced AI-driven technology to monitor traffic. If a publisher is caught generating artificial impressions (IVT), their account will be permanently banned, and the balance will be forfeited to compensate the affected advertisers.

5. Limitation of Liability

ViralAdsNet shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform, including but not limited to loss of data or profit.

6. Modifications to Terms

ViralAdsNet may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
