Note: ViralAdsNet reserves the right to suspend any campaign found in violation of these rules without a refund if malicious intent is proven.

2. Publisher Guidelines

Publishers must ensure that their websites provide a clean user experience. By using our ad tags, you agree that:

You will not use bots, proxies, or auto-refresh software to generate fake traffic.
You will not click on your own ads or encourage others to do so.
The $0.50 Global CPM is a benchmark and may vary based on traffic quality.

3. Payment & Payouts

ViralAdsNet operates on a reliable payout schedule. Our terms are as follows:

Minimum payout threshold is determined by your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraudulent traffic is detected.
Payments are processed in USD via Crypto, PayPal, or Wire Transfer.

4. Anti-Fraud Ecosystem

Our network uses advanced AI to monitor traffic. If a publisher is caught generating artificial impressions (IVT), their account will be permanently banned, and the balance will be forfeited.

5. Limitation of Liability

ViralAdsNet shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform, including loss of data or profit.
